Chiang Mai Thai

Ever wanted to learn Thai, in Chiang Mai? I did just that from November 2010, returning home in October 2011. If you don't want a headache, start HERE, it will explain the preceding posts. I'm Snap, Stray's other half. COOEE is our (other) travel blog.

Learning Thai On The Run - Android App

Writing this post on a smart phone keyboard isn't the easiest task for this oldish touch typist with failing eye sight. However, using Paiboon's Thai English Thai Dictionary Android App is a cinch.

For a (including mine) full review visit WLT. A must have for both holiday makers and serious students of the Thai language.

Cheers!

    1. MJ, thanks for the tip, could you tell me why Swype is better than the default android keyboard?

    2. Swype is better because you don't tap, you do a continuous sweep across all the letters of the word you want to type. extremely fast, it's also a life-saver in cases like my where my thumb was out of commission. i can sent text messages on my Galaxy S at very high speed. it makes sending texts so much easier, as well as any other keyboard input you might need.

    3. Sounds like I should give Swype a go. Hope you're keeping that little thumb monster locked up tight in that jar ;)
